Brian Ohlman Obituary
ALBANY - Brian C. Ohlman, 69, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
Brian was born in Albany, N.Y. He was the son of the late Richard J. and Marion E. Ohlman.
Brian was predeceased by his loving wife, Marion Knowles-Ohlman; and sisters, Vivian Van Allen and Janet Price.
Brian was a one-of-a-kind carpenter. He enjoyed creating masterpieces with his woodwork. He spent many years camping at what he called the "ponderosa." He loved gardening, whether it was vegetables or flowers. Brian loved hard and cherished his family very much. He was a fun-loving soul, who would do anything for anyone.
Brian is survived by his daughter, Emily V. Ohlman (Herbert Fusco), and their three children, Joshua, Malia and Herbert Jr.
He will also be missed by his brothers, Grant Ohlman (Donna), Scott Ohlman (Bill); his sister, Amy Ohlman; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Smith, Joan Sagendorf (Greg); and many neices, nephews, family and friends.
Calling hours will be Friday, April 18, 2025, from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, N.Y. 12205. A sharing of memories will begin at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

I went maple hill high school many years ago. HE fun times ,he roller skating and he enjoy after school basketball . My condolences to his wife Marion and special his children Must to been great dad and cherish friendship. Many loveones. It was great to have know him. Always happy and funny sense of humor. Enjoy few years high school grew up separately life style. God bless his family. Those care about him. With loving heart's.
