Brian Osborne

Born: December 22, 1968 | Died: September 11, 2025

Brian Kenneth Osborne passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep at his home in Madisonville, TN on September 11th, 2025. Brian was born in Dayton, Ohio on 12/22/1968 to the late James and Shirley Osborne (Holiday). In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to The Tennessee & Kentucky Chapter of the Parkinson's Foundation or you can make your donation there directly, at https://www.parkinson.org/TNKY. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 8:00 P.M. at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, 4650 HWY 411, Madisonville, TN. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 6-8:00 P.M. Interment will be the following day, Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in New Lambdin Cemetery, Frakes, Kentucky, under the direction of Green Hills Funeral Home of Middlesboro, KY.
