Brian Roberts Obituary
Brian was born on May 12, 1966 in Utica, NY to James Elton Roberts and Eleanor Worden Roberts. He grew up on Wheelertown Road, and graduated from Remsen High School in 1984. After high school, he found a career as a sales and parts manager for Utica Chrysler Plymouth, and Carbone Dodge. He then went to work at Bridenbeckers in Marcy, where he later retired from. On October 28, 2000, he married April German. Brian enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and was active in the Boy Scouts with his son, James. He also had a great passion for music.
Brian is survived by April Roberts; his mother, Eleanor Roberts; his children, James and Ashley Roberts; brother, Kevin (Linda) Roberts and Gordon (Joyce) Roberts; sister, Lorraine (Scott) Hefner; his mother- in- law, Debra Postol; sisters- in- law, Heather Palen and Stephanie Postol (Bobby Burns); a brother- in- law, Peter Postol (Rose McCauley) and many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father James on May 21, 2007, and his sister Lois in 1965.
Calling hours for Brian will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 2-4 pm at Ackley-Mills Funeral Home, 9597 Main St, Remsen, NY 13438. A celebration of life will be held at a later time. For an online message of sympathy, go to www.millsfuneralhomes.com.
