Brian Saucer Obituary

Brian Gene Saucer, 61, of Cedar Rapids, passed away, December 9, 2024. Private inurnment will take place at Cedar Memorial Park Mausoleum. Brian was born on August 10, 1963, in Long Beach, CA, the son of Edward Gene and Barbara Ann (Moehlis) Saucer. Over his lifetime, Brian was a dependable worker for his employers including Coca-Cola, General Mills, Collins Plaza Hotel, Bennigan's, and Red Robin. He enjoyed working with technology. Brian loved his pets and liked listening to music. Brian was very active in the Old Capitol Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind. Survivors include his mother, Barbara Barnett of Cedar Rapids; brother, Dan Saucer of Cedar Rapids; nephew, Logan Saucer; niece, Janelle (Saucer) Fischels; stepsister, Deb Showater; best friend, Joe Arenson; along with many other friends. Preceding him in death were his father, Edward Saucer and brother, Steve Saucer.
