Brian J Staben, 68, of Baraboo, WI, passed away on May 14th, 2024 in Fitchburg, WI, due to complications with diabetes.
Brian was born on October 8, 1955, to Hans and Phyllis (Grebbert) in Clinton, IA. After graduating from Clinton High School in 1974, he followed in his dad’s footsteps and pursued a career at DuPont, Inc. He worked there for over 20 years. Brian had 2 sons; Andrew was born in 1984 and Christopher was born in 1987. Brian’s family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was unendingly proud of Andrew and Chris and always tried his best to support them.
Brian was passionate about classic cars. He loved driving his ‘72 Chevelle when he had it. Brian also enjoyed watching Monty Python, and American style wrestling was something he looked forward to all week.
Brian was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his sister, Kathleen (Michael) Moss; his children, Andrew and Chris (Jennifer) and his grandchildren Lauren and James.
There will be a private memorial for immediate family members in the coming weeks.
