Brian P Stossel

Brian Paul Stossel, 59, of Norton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

He is survived by his loving wife Cindi; his mother, Sue; siblings Tina (late Tom) Ineman, Jeff (Marsha), Steve, Kevin (Michele), Angie (Jim) Jakoski; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Brian was preceded in death by his father, Daniel.

Brian learned printing as a trade in high school and went on to own several printing businesses, most recently Five Star Printing, which he operated for the past 10 years. He worked tirelessly, always accompanied by his loyal canine partner, Hunter. Known for his immense generosity, Brian consistently put others first.

Brian was an avid hunter, and fisherman. He loved spending time in Cook Forest, PA where he had fond memories of childhood family vacations. He had a passion for harness racing that he shared with his Dad. Above all, Brian deeply valued his entire family and his wife’s family — the close bonds with his parents, brothers and sisters were among his greatest joys.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, from 1:00–4:00 PM at St. John Funeral Home (923 Broadway Ave., Bedford, OH) with an opening service at 1 P.M.  Friends and family are invited for food and fellowship at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (237 Broadway Ave., Bedford, OH) from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
