Brian L. Stufflet, 87, of Spring Township, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. He shared over 37 cherished years of marriage with his beloved wife, Donna G. (Greenawalt) Stufflet, whom he married in May 1988.
Born and raised in Fleetwood, Brian was the son of the late Claude F. and Verna H. (Price) Stufflet. He was a proud graduate of Fleetwood High School, Class of 1955, and served honorably in the Army Reserves. Brian dedicated much of his career as a skilled tool and die maker at AT&T, retiring in 1992.
Well known in the community for his warm personality and vibrant social life, Brian was a longtime member of the Pagoda City Jim Beam Club, where he served for many years as Club President and State Director. A patient and talented man, he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, antiquing, and above all, spending time with those he loved. In retirement, he and Donna traveled extensively, creating lasting memories together. Brian also gave back to his community by coaching Little League baseball and youth tennis.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Brian remained active throughout his life. He was a competitive tennis player into his 40s and continued bowling well into his 80s.
Left to treasure Brian's memory is his devoted wife, Donna; his children: Dawn Shindel (wife of Gary) of Allentown, Jill Stufflet (companion of Sherry) of Hamburg, Carl Stufflet (husband of Mary Jo) of Medford, OR, Tara Werley of Reading, and Tarkus Moyer of Shillington. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Dale, David, Natasha, Nicole, Jesse, and Brandon; eight great-grandchildren; and his sister, Audrey Shomper (wife of Jason) of Exeter.
He was preceded in death by his daughters, Lynel Stufflet and Tonia Swavely, and his sister, Carole Rauenzahn.
Brian's life was a testament to quiet strength, kindness, and dedication. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and craftsmanship that will continue to inspire all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Brian's memory may be made to the Royersford Church of the Epiphany, 87 Bethel Church Rd, Spring City, PA 19475.
Funeral services for Brian will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611. The service will be officiated by Fr. Louis Steffenhagen, Brian's nephew. Committal will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery.
