Brian Taylor Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lynch Funeral Service - Greenville on Jan. 30, 2026.
Brian Nathan Taylor passed away on January 25, 2026. He was born on December 26, 1988, in Greenville, Texas, to Terrie Taylor and James Taylor.

Brian was a deeply kind and tenderhearted soul, known by all who knew him for his extraordinary empathy and gentle spirit. He had a true love for music, especially rock and heavy metal, and enjoyed going to concerts. Drumming was his way of bringing that passion to life.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, a field that suited his natural compassion and understanding of others. Brian also worked in electronic sales, where his patience and genuine desire to help others made him well liked by both customers and coworkers alike.

Brian's love for people extended most profoundly to his family, whom he cherished deeply, especially his grandmother, Ava, who held a very special place in his heart.

Brian is survived by his mother, Terrie Taylor; his father, James Taylor and wife, Carla; his stepsister, Ashley Taylor; his niece, Adriana Taylor; his aunts, Elaine Blunt and her husband Jimmy, and Nell Webb; his grandmother, Ava Martin; many cousins; and a host of dear friends whom he adored and loved deeply.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dean Ray Burns.

A memorial service to celebrate Brian's life will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Lynch Funeral Service Chapel.
