Brian I. Trevett, 71, of Rockford, Iowa, passed away on December 2, 2025 at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Brian was born on November 9, 1954, to Orlwin "Pike" and Wilma (Evans) Trevett. He lived his whole life in the Rockford area, and spent the vast majority of his life as a farmer. Beyond farming, Brian spent some time as a police officer in Rockford, and retired later in life from Kraft Foods in Mason City. In his retirement, Brian loved his kittens, old westerns, and gardening. He also enjoyed flea markets and collectibles.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Gloria Trevett, Mike Trevett, and Carol Andersen.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Frank) Trevett; stepsons, Bob (Katie) Havig, Scott Havig, and Mike Olsen; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
