Brian loved to hunt and was a fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
Funeral services: Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. 519 Walnut St., Columbia PA on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Friends may view on Friday one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery.
Brian E. Wasche, Sr., 67 of Columbia, passed away on April 16, 2025 at his residence. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Gerald F. Wasche and the late Patricia "Tish" Kauffman Wasche Urban.
Brian was a graduate of Columbia High School, Class of 1976 and retired in 2021 after 41 years of service from Buds Spring Service where he was employed as a suspension mechanic. He also worked part-time for 32 years as a meat cutter for Weis Markets. A member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Columbia, he was an 18-year member of the former Keystone Fire Co. He was a member of the Hambones Social Club and was a regular at the Hurricane Pizza Grill on karaoke night. Brian loved to hunt and was a fan of the Indianapolis Colts.
He is survived by his children, Nicole M. Jones (Kevin); Brian E. Wasche, Jr. (Crystal); Ashley L. Wasche; grandchildren, Ian, Ethan, Kayla, Brian III, Isabella and brothers, Gerald F. Wasche (Deb) and Jeffrey A. Wasche (Carol). He was preceded in death by his step-father, Claude W. "Bud" Urban.
Funeral services will be held at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. 519 Walnut St., Columbia PA on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with Deacon Henry Reese, officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery. Friends may view on Friday one hour prior to the service.
