Brian Lee Weaver, Jr. 57 of Millersville passed away at his home on October 11, 2024. Brian was born on July 17, 1967 in Wheeling, West Virginia. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria M. Weaver; his devoted daughter, Elliana Weaver; his mother, Carol Silaghi; his sisters, Cindy Weaver, and Julie Austin, his brothers,Phillip Weaver, Dale Weaver, Adams Powers, and Nicholas Cavaini.   He was preceded in death by his father, Brian Weaver, Sr., his brother, Bruce Weaver, and his step-father, Jerry Austin.

Brian served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal where he exemplified the values of courage and commitment. His time in the military was not just a job; it was a profound part of his identity that inspired those around him. Brian was also a program analyst for the Department of Defense as well as a founding member of the American Military University (AMU), a testament to his belief in the power of education and service to others. In addition to his commitment to service, Brian devoted considerable time to his hobbies and interests. He found joy in spending time at the shooting range, where he could engage in his love for firearms with friends. An avid reader, Brian cherished his collection of books and often shared his insights and perspectives. He also enjoyed immersing himself in the imaginative world of Dungeons and Dragons, connecting with fellow enthusiasts in this beloved role-playing game.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, Oct. 17th from 4-7 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Oct 18th at 9:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow with Marine Corp honors at MD Veterans Cemetery Crownsville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Marine Corps League, Baltimore Detachment 565, 1426 E. Fort Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21230

Brian Lee Weaver, Jr. will be remembered not only for his military service and accomplishments but also for the warmth and kindness he extended to those in his life. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
