Brian E. Wolf, 87, of Windham Center, husband of Linda (LaVallie) Wolf, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Backus Hospital. He was the son of the late Norman and Lois (Peabody) Wolf.

Born on November 2, 1938 in Willimantic, CT he grew up in Windham Center and made it his lifelong home. Over the years he has worked at Electric Boat and Earthgro (became Scott's Company) for 35 years, retiring in December 2024. He served for four years in the US Air Force, 1955-59.

Around 2010, Brian put his faith in Jesus Christ and began a whole new life adventure, in which he continued faithfully right up to his passing. With Linda, He became a member of the First Congregational Church of Windham, and was very active in all aspects of church life.

Besides his wife Linda, he is survived by his son, Brian Jr; his son, Craig (Lisa); his grandchildren, Brianna and Zachary; his sister, Elaine Rogers; niece, Val Rogers; nephews, Todd (Heather) and Robyn; brother-in-law, Gary (Gloria) LaVallie and nephew, Arthur LaVallie III. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother-in-law, "Butch" Rogers and nephews, Scot Rogers and Gary Jr, Kevin and Anthony LaVallie.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, at 11AM at the First Congregational Church of Windham, 4 Windham Center Rd, Windham. Relatives and friends may visit the family from 10AM until the service.
