Brian Eugene William Zabokrtsky, age 4, of Topeka, passed away on May 6, 2025 at Children's Mercy Hospital North.
He was born on December 7, 2020 to Claud and Tiffany (Cronkhite) Zabokrtsky in Topeka, Kansas.
Brian enjoyed life and people. He liked cuddles, music, and cartoons. Brian liked to be around other people, and people liked to be around him. He had a great smile that made people smile. He loved everything in the world, and his classmates. Brian was a proud organ donor and the best friend that anyone had ever seen. He was a bright star and played like a star and to me as a dad, Brian fixed a lot of issues I had as a person and made me a better dad to him and person to others. Brian also liked bluey and mickey mouse. He enjoyed school. He had lots of friends.
Brian is survived by his loving parents; Claud and Tiffany Zabokrtsky, brother; Jacob Rodriguez, sister; Elizabeth Rodriquez, grandma and grandpa; Rita and Brian Zabokrtsky, grandma and grandpa; Deborah and David Rodriguez, aunts; Kylee Nichols, Ashlee Stephenson, and Marnie (Cody) Henry; uncles; Jonathan Cronkhite, Donnie McBroom, and Jason McBroom, cousins; James Stephenson, Milo Nichols, Abby, Lexi, and Abel Henry, and Noah and Nevaeh McBroom; friends; Ariel Jacques, Mary Monogram, Jodie Cedarquist, Ms. Regis, class friends, and teachers.
He was preceded in death by uncles; Joe Mcbroom, Cameron Zabokrtsky, and grandma; Machelle Zabokrtsky,
A visitation will take place at 10:00 am with memorial services at 11:00 am on Monday, May 19, 2025 at Penwell-Gabel Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66604. An open house celebration of his life and a meal will follow at 12pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where guests are welcome to come and go as they please, 2401 SW Kingsrow Topeka, Kansas.
