Bridget Ann Brannon, of Acworth, Georgia, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. She was born on May 30, 1970, in Dayton, Ohio, the beloved daughter of Joe and Joann Brannon.
Bridget was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bud and Anita Amann, and Earl and Biddie Brannon; her uncles, Pat Brannon, Bob Amann, and Jerry Mullins; her aunt, Tampa Brannon Schroll; and her brother-in-law, Jim Ramsey.
She is survived by her parents, Joe and Joann Brannon; her sister, Victoria Brannon Ramsey; her brother, Joey Patrick Brannon (wife, Michelle); and her cherished nieces and nephews — Nick Ramsey (wife, Ceci), Jacob Ramsey, Ella Ramsey, Lincoln Wilson, Kennedy Wilson, Carter Brannon, and Truman Brannon. Bridget also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who loved her deeply. She had a special bond with her dogs, Dixie (deceased) and Savannah, who brought her much joy and companionship.
Bridget dedicated nearly 29 years to WorldPay, where she worked as a Program Manager and was highly respected for her professionalism and commitment.
Family and friendship were at the heart of Bridget’s life. She loved traveling with her sister, cousins, and parents, attending family reunions, and enjoying wine-tasting adventures. Her home was a warm and welcoming place for family game nights, holiday gatherings, and laughter-filled evenings.
Bridget was a ray of sunshine to all who knew her — joyful, loyal, and endlessly loving. She often said she loved everyone “to the moon and back,” and her light will continue to shine in the hearts of those she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life is tentatively planned for January 17, 2026. Further details will be shared at a later date.
