Bridget Delaine Sullivan, age 52, of Madison, TN, (formerly of Bethpage, TN), passed away September 21, 2025. She was born April 17, 1973 to Danny "Hammer" Troutt and the late Charlotte Graves Troutt.
Bridget was saved as a 15 year old girl at home in her bed. She loved her two sons and her grandson very much.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Carter; her maternal grandparents, John Wayne Graves and Mary Neil Graves; as well as her paternal grandparents, Garfield Troutt and Frances Troutt.
She is survived by her sons, Jacob (Cassy) Sullivan and Jeremiah Sullivan; her grandson, Titus Sullivan; her father, Danny "Hammer" (Sharon) Troutt; her brothers, John "John Boy" Carter, Steven Carter and Brian Carter; her sister, Laura Nelson; her former husband, John Sullivan; her friend, William Jett; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and her special aunt Boo-Boo.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sullivan will be conducted on Thursday, September 25th, 2025 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Travis Graves officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be John Boy Carter, Rodney Kennedy, Colton Graves, Joe Rhoton, Sam Cornwell and Camden Green. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Danny "Hammer" Troutt.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 24th from 4PM till 9PM and again on Thursday, September 25th from 10AM till service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. "Serving you as we would like to be served."
