Aug. 11, 1989 – March 13, 2026
Funeral services for Brittany Leigh Mealer, 36, of Shawnee, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore.
Burial will be at South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
She was born on Aug. 11, 1989, in Tahlequah to Richard Dean Mealer and Melody Gaye (Crum) Orman.
She previously attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha where she majored in music and worked for the Potawatomi Nation assisting and caring for abused women.
Survivors include her father; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Pallbearers will be Zayne Mann, Tony Shackelford, Trent Shackelford, Jake Crum, Wrangler Stanfill, Tracker Stanfill and Colton Fitzgerald.
Viewing is noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the event center in Gore.

She was the great love of my life. She was kind, funny, generous. She was all of the good things. She will be greatly missed. I'm glad I have a file of a song she sang for me. She will live forever in my heart.
