Brock Daniel Chase

August 16, 1985 - October 3, 2025

Brock Daniel Chase, 40, of Central City, died on Friday, October 3, 2025.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Third City Christian Church in Grand Island with Pastor Dan Walter officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday October 11th from 1 p.m. until service time. Interment will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later time. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.soltwagnerfuneral.com.

Brock was born on August 16, 1985, in Auburn, Neb. to Katherine Oakley and was later adopted by Steve Chase who raised him with deep love and devotion in Cozad, Neb. He later settled down in Central City, Neb. where he remained until his passing.

Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Steven Chase of Central City; Chelsea Chase the mother of his children, Audryna, Lennon, and Oliver Chase of Central City; Beth Sandau mother of Makhaia and Elara Chase of Maryville, Mo.; his sisters, Katie (Rosemary Hallett) Oakley of Bangor, ME and Shawnee (Logan) Williams of Central City; his grandmothers, Marilyn Chase of Auburn and Janet Knipe of Auburn, several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Achilles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Oakley and grandfather, "Papa" Wayne Chase.
