Brock Anthony Roll Mick, 42, of Greenfield, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at his home with his mother at his side following a courageous battle from multiple health issues. He was born on Wednesday, May 19, 1982, a son of Sherry Roll Hiser and James Bristley.
Brock is survived by James Mick who he had married. Also surviving are Brock’s parents, Sherry Hiser of Greenfield, James Bristley of South Salem, one daughter, Ciarrah “CiCi” Mick of Greenfield, one sister, Erika (Shawn) Conger of Washington Court House, one brother, Brandon (Chelse) Roll of Greenfield, nieces and nephews, Maura, Brandon, Nikki, Jesop, Chelsea, Kilei, Regina, Destiny, Cheyanne, Rachel, Nathen, Skyler, Chris, Shawna, Mason, and Tyler, his great-grandmother, Nancy Roll Roberts of Xenia, one bonus sister, Tobi Cox of Chillicothe numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and his pet pug, Sadie Jane. He was preceded in death by his adoptive dad, James Hiser, father and mother-in-law, Carl (Joan) Mick, and his great-grandfather, Earnest G. Roll, Jr..
Brock loved music. He participated in the Greenfield McClain Band Boosters when his health permitted. He volunteered for holiday programs with the PTO regularly at Rainsboro School. Brock was a hard worker. James and he had a residential and commercial cleaning company. His customer’s respected and revered him as a sassy, ornery, and funny perfectionist. First and foremost, he loved his daughter, Cici. His heart was generous when it came to giving her anything she wished. Brock always referred to her as his princess.
Brock loved to travel. He made trips to Chicago, New York, California, Myrtle Beach, among other places. He was always including nieces and nephews on trips to Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge, and the zoo. He loved animals and participated in 4-H, where he took rabbits and pigs.
Brock was a good father and liked to make people laugh. He will be dearly missed we pray that he is healed in Heaven and he is with those that he loves.
A funeral service for Brock will be held on Friday, February 21 at 1pm, in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Rev. Dr. J. Troy Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. Family and friends can visit with Brock’s family on Thursday evening, February 20, 2025 from 5pm to 8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Greenfield Schools, 200 N. Fifth St, Attn: Band Boosters, Greenfield, OH 45123. Those wishing to share a memory of Brock may sign his online register.
