Brook Douglas Hawkins, 53, of Forest, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at his residence. He was born on November 27, 1971, to E. Douglas Hawkins and Bonnie Peck Hawkins.

Brook was trained to be a master appliance technician by his mentor and late father Douglas Hawkins. Brook serviced appliances for Ed Hawkins, Inc. until the business was sold in 2018. Recently, Brook was working as a mechanical magician at Grayson Ferguson.

In addition to his mother, Brook is survived by his children, Hannah Amorette Hawkins, Rebekah Margaret Hawkins and Sarah Hawkins; siblings, Kelly Hawkins Skinner (Rick), Eric Douglas Hawkins, Laura Lee Hawkins, Jessica Stephens (Justin), Crystal DeJarnett, Stephanie Falls (Jeff) and Linda Canada (Jeremy); special aunt, Betty Arrington; step-mom, Patty Hawkins; fur-friend, Bella and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Bethany Methodist Church with the Rev. Phil Showers officiating. A reception will follow the service.
