Brooke Danley-Luna Obituary

Brooke Christy Danley-Luna 50 of Colusa/Williams, born June 14th, 1974, lost her battle with Leukemia on January 6th, 2025. Brooke was raised in Williams but later moved and made Colusa her home. Brooke loved shopping, baking, working out in her yard, taking her dog Toby out for walks, and more than anything she loved spending time with her granddaughter.

Brooke worked as a librarian, child daycare provider, and most recently worked at the Colusa County Transit.

Brooke is survived by her husband, Tony Luna of Colusa; her father, Steve Danley of Colusa; her brother, Eric Danley of Miami (OK); her sister, Daria Danley of Beaverton, (OR); her sister, Irene Ochoa of Meridian; her aunt, Roxanna Brown out of Escalon; her loving children, Korey Steinke of Colusa and Seth Steinke of Marysville; and her granddaughter, Ellianna Steinke of Colusa; and proceeded in death by her mother, Deborah Divelbiss.

Brooke will be remembered for her loyalty, her support, and the outgoing love and kindness that she greeted everyone she came in contact with.

There will be a celebration of life held on February 1st, 2025, at the Williams Fire Department, beginning at 10:30am with an opening prayer. We hope all that would like to attend and pay their respects will be able to attend, thank you all for your ongoing support and prayer.
