I met Brooke over twenty years ago and we were next door neighbors for five years. We kept in touch during the holidays and I enjoyed swapping recipes.
I admired how she cared for her parents. Especially, during her father's latter years when she would visit him every Sunday to prepare his meals. Often I would tease her about being a cat lover. I will miss her laugh, hearty appetite and smile.
Beth, may the peace of God comfort your heart.
