Jean Williamson Faile

Mrs. Jean Williamson Faile, 83, of Lancaster, widow of Charles Pressley Faile, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026 at her home. She was born March 9, 1942 in Charlotte, NC a daughter of the late John M. Williamson and Dorothy Mae Sane Williamson. Mrs. Faile was a member of Taylors Grove Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends, and she enjoyed gardening and watching YouTube videos.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Faile will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hank Griffin and Rev. Tommy Mosier officiating.

Mrs. Faile is survived by her daughter, Darlene Faile Broome and her husband Carl of Lancaster. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her twin brothers, Ronnie and Johnny Williamson; brother, Bobby Williamson; and half-sister, Josephine Broadway.
