Christopher Steen Obituary
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in the Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor James Sweeney officiating. Family and friends will gather immediately following the service at 2898 Old Farm Rd., Lancaster, S.C.
Christopher attended Clemson University from 2002 to 2008 and was a devoted Clemson fan. He loved spending time with his family and dearly loved his children. He also enjoyed fishing, gaming, and collecting Nike shoes.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia Steen Sweeney, stepfather, Timothy Sweeney; three daughters, Kyndal of Columbia, S.C., Caylee of Lancaster, S.C., and Brooklyn of Columbia, S.C.; one brother, Michael Steen of Texas; and his uncle and mentor, Ronnie Steen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made as donations to MUSC research.
