Brooklyn Rae Ramsey, resident of Round Rock, Texas, formerly of Burleson, Texas, passed away on September 28, 2025 in Milford, Texas at the age of 18 years.
Brooklyn was born in Arlington, Texas, on August 22, 2007. She loved her siblings and her cousins, and she loved to travel and shop. She attended Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas, where she was excelling in her classes and making lifelong friendships. Brooklyn was always up to date on the latest TikTok trends and loved to make endless videos with friends and family. Brooklyn was spirited and full of fun and life. She loved blogging her adventures, often posting to social media.
Brooklyn is survived by her mother Emily Pyle-Gassiott and step-father Brandon Gassiott of Round Rock, Texas; her father Patrick Ramsey and step-mother Jeanna Ramsey of Whitney, Texas; sisters Briley, Adalynn, Sylena and Emma; and brothers Trendon, Hunter, Mason, and Clayton; maternal grandparents Eric and Joy Pierce of Arlington, Texas; paternal grandparents David and Lisa Echols of North Richland Hills, Texas; maternal great-grandmother Mary Sue Bessonette of Jacksboro, Texas; and great grandparents Charles and Daryl Denison of Springfield, MO; paternal great grandmother Carol Taylor of Haltom City, Texas; maternal aunts and uncles Todd and Amelia McMillen of Burleson, Texas, Bryan Pyle of Milsap, Texas, and Kym Pyle of Azle; paternal uncles Chase Ramsey of Colorado Springs, CO, and Taylor Echols of Grand Prairie, Texas; and many loving cousins.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfathers Gerald Pyle and Lonnie Pauls and paternal great-grandfather Dale Taylor.
