Bruce G. Allen Jr.

Bruce Gordon Allen, Jr., 54, of Epping, New Hampshire, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of September 18, 2025.
Born in Exeter, New Hampshire, on June 23, 1971, Bruce was a longtime resident of Epping. He dedicated more than 25 years to a successful career in information technology, where he was known for his problem-solving skills and patient nature.
Bruce had a passion for gardening, basketball, the classic James Bond novels by Ian Fleming, and traveling with his family. For over a decade he also ran a successful Boston sports commentary website, BostonSportsMedia.com.
Bruce is survived by his wife of 19 years, Darcy Allen, and their three beloved children, Wyatt, Owen, and Brody. He is also survived by his mother, Linda Allen, and his sisters, Valerie Drown and Lisa Allen, along with extended family and many dear friends who will miss him deeply.
He was a devoted father, a loving husband, and a caring son whose quiet strength and steady love touched everyone who knew him. Most importantly, Bruce was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and his faith was the foundation that gave him strength, hope, and endurance throughout his illness.
Bruce will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his love of family, and his quiet strength. Truly, as Ecclesiastes 7:1 reminds us, he made for himself "a good name" - one that will be cherished by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Route 27, Brentwood, New Hampshire, on October 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
