I was a 16 Yr old in Decatur who used to go into World Records to chat with Bruce about all types of music. He was such a cool person, had so much knowledge and could find anything you were looking for. Thank you, Bruce! Sending my condolences to his family and friends.

Out of nowhere today January 18. 2025, I just happened to think of Bruce Bogner. Maybe it was only because I might have seen a similar name that jolted my memory. Nonetheless, I did an immediate search on "Bruce Bogner'. I was saddened to learn he's passed away very recently. That moved me to the core. I remember him from Village Woods Junior High and New Haven High School. We graduated the same year in 1971 Most of my memories of Bruce seem to be from Junior High. He then was close friends with Dennis Brinsfield. I have only good memories of Bruce. I'm vert saddened to lose yet another former classmate that I never reconnected with.
