Bruce Haber, age 73, of Motley, MN, passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Taylor Funeral Home in Staples, MN, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service.
Bruce was born on June 24, 1952, in St. Cloud, MN, to Norman and Evelyn (Anderson) Haber. He worked as a journeyman electrician throughout his entire career and was known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
Outside of work, Bruce had many passions. He loved fishing, hunting, tinkering on projects, listening to records, and collecting coins. His greatest joy, however, was spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren, who meant the world to him.
Bruce is survived by his beloved wife, Eva; son Aaron (Melany) Haber; daughter Megan (Paul Williams) Haber; grandchildren Ethan Haber, Isla Williams, and Luna Haber; siblings Nancy (Mike) Baethke, Mark (Char) Haber, and Lynette (Scott) Varner; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Marilyn Haber; and granddaughter Aurora Raven Williams.
Bruce will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and love for life.
Arrangements are entrusted to Taylor Funeral Home, Staples.
