Bruce LeVan Obituary
Bruce Barton LeVan, age 76, of Rockford, Michigan, passed away Christmas Eve morning, December 24, 2001 at his home. The son of Charles Holt & Pauline (Barton) Levan, he was born on September 20, 1925 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Mr. LeVan was a proud Veteran of World War II, having served as a tank crewman with the United States Marine Corps.
Survivors include his children, Pamela LeVan Burdick (Michael Vanderhorst), Scott LeVan (Linda), Bart LeVan, and Dawn LeVan; grandchildren, Rob LeVan (Andrew Yocum), Amy LeVan and Jamie LeVan; and a great grandson, Max LeVan.
Committal services, with military honors rendered jointly by the all-volunteer Fort Custer National Cemetery Honor Guard and the United States Marine Corps, are at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta, Michigan.
