Bruce Robert Roundy
May 4, 1972 - July 10, 2025
Bruce Robert Roundy (53) known as Rob of Evanston Wyoming sadly passed away on June 10, 2025 at Rocky Mountain care center. He was born to Beverly Jean Ragsdale and Bruce Gerald Roundy on May 4, 1972 in El Paso Texas.
He was very proud to be the first one in his family to graduate from Evanston high school. He went on to serve a short time in the military before coming back to his beloved home town to start a family with Michele Roundy where they had 4 children.
Rob was a very strong, independent and STUBBORN man who lived life with grit, humor and a deep appreciation for the simple things. He loved to be out doors, going camping, hunting, 4wheeling or just soaking up the sun with his dogs, family, friends and a Pepsi in his hand.
Rob is survived by his children: Bruce Robert Roundy II, Jamie LeeAnn Roundy (Michael Cropp), Brittany Jean Roundy and Jessie Marie Roundy (Quinten Knowles). Three grandchildren: Emilia Rose Roundy, Ryle Damion Huggins and Lydia Grace Knowles. Siblings: Kay Ellis (Brian) Outzen and Destry (Nicole) Simmons.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Beverly Jean Ragsdale. His stepfather: Jim Edward Ragsdale. His brother: DeWayne Roundy. His grandparents: DeWayne and Thelma Barker. His aunt: Barbara Barker Moore. His Cousin:Brandon Barker. And his nephew: Lucas Simmons.
His memory lives on in his children, grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the Rocky Mountain care nursing facility. For the care and love that the nursing care team, and residents provided for their dad over the last few years.
