Bruce Staten Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Penny Staten; aunts Wanda Copeland and Lucy Staten; and cousins, Vickie Swinney(Bill), Anna Manis, and Carol Byers(Claude). Mr. Staten loved everything about the outdoors, from hunting and fishing to understanding how to survive with bear minimum of supplies. Steven loved his Dogs and was a sucker for the strays, but most of all, he loved his family.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Bruce Steven Staten will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with brother Tim Swinney officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Dalton Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA 30721; 706-529-5371.
