Sinopoli, Bruno "Buzz" T/Sgt. USAF Ret. Passed away on June 22, 2024. Born in Brooklyn, NY on May 24, 1933. Upon graduation from high school, Buzz enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for 22 years, including a tour in Viet Nam. He was an aircraft mechanic on bomber and tanker aircrafts. Midway through his career Buzz retrained as a missile inertial guidance and flight control technician, serving both in the field and as an instructor.
Upon retiring from the Air Force, he settled in Dunedin, Florida and was employed by Smith Ind. Aerospace for 26 years, in Quality Control and in Customer Support.
Rose, his wife of 54 years predeceased him in February 2010. He is survived by daughter, Laura (Robert) Burns, Renee (Arthur) Stone and Dominica (Shawn) Reed, Three Grandsons, Nathan Burns, Zachary Reed and Ethan Reed.
A visitation will be held at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens Thursday, June 27th from 6-8pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Friday, June 28th at 11am, with the committal and military honors to immediately follow at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens at 12:15p, with a reception to follow inside from 1-3pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnels to Towers.
