Bryan J Johnson

Bryan J. Johnson, 56, of Jersey City, passed away on March 11, 2026. Born in Ocunto, Wisconsin, Bryan moved at a young age with his family to Riverton, Wyoming, where he grew up. He served as a nurse in the US Navy. He later attended Columbia University, NY, while working for the former Republic Bank, which became HSBC Bank. Bryan worked his way up to Assistant Vice-President of Global Trading. After a series of illnesses, Bryan later moved to Cranford, where he became active with the 4H Club of Union County. He is survived by his spouse, Anthony F. Vitale, Mother, Pamela Truckey Martinez, Father, Howard Maurits Johnson, and brother Brett Johnson (and wife Karen). Bryan's funeral service will be Saturday March 21, 2026 at 9:30AM at Trinity Episcopal Church, 119 Forest Ave, Cranford, NJ. Burial will follow in Seaside Cemetery, Marmora, NJ.
