Pastor Dr. Bryan K. Speroni

Pastor Dr. Bryan K. Speroni, 62, went home to be in the presence of the Lord on Thursday, September 14, 2023. He was the husband of Pamela A. (Harwood) Speroni, whom he married November 9, 1991. Born in Framingham, MA, he was the son of the late Paul L. and Sandra Lea (Shelley) Speroni.
Pastor Speroni was a loving husband and father and was very involved in the community as pastor of Pascoag Community Baptist Church and Community Christian School in Burrillville for more than 32 years. He was the president of the Baptist Theological School of New England. He was a graduate of Bellingham, MA High School class of 1978. He furthered his education at Cornerstone Bible Institute where he earned a Doctorate in Theology.
At the age of 11, Pastor Speroni accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior and faithfully served his Master for over 5 decades. His life's goal was reaching the lost for Christ. He loved street preaching, sharing the good news of the Gospel, and using his Irish tenor voice to praise the Lord while playing the piano. Pastor Speroni loved his country and was very patriotic at heart. Some of his hobbies were cooking, shopping, fishing, and collecting lions, eagles, and pocket knives.
In addition to his wife Pam, he leaves behind his children: Karly Speroni of Milford, MA, Katheryn, Kirsten, Krystal and Nathanael Speroni, all of Pascoag; his beloved sister, Shelley Mosher and her husband Richard of Gaines, PA; nephew Richard (Jessica) Mosher of Gaines, PA; niece April (Curtis) Bard of Mifflintown, PA and 10 great nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Mary Harwood of Petoskey, MI and a very large extended family.
His funeral service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11 AM in the Pascoag Community Baptist Church, 111 Church St., Pascoag. Burial will follow in Hopedale Village Cemetery, Mendon St., Hopedale, MA. Calling hours will be Friday, September 22 from 4 to 7 PM in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave., Pascoag.
