Bryan was a really intelligent and great guy. I had lunch with him several times over the last few months of his life. We always talked baseball. My, oh my, how he loved his Houston Astros. The last time I talked to him was after the Astros beat the Yankees to make the World Series. He was so happy. I am just glad he lived to see his beloved Astros bring the first World Championship to Texas. Godspeed, dear friend and, also, to his family. Peace be with all, Dan Laney, Austin, Texas
