Bryan Keith Ward, 61, of Watts, OK, left his earthly home on Thursday, January 30th. Bryan was born in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, on March 5th, 1963, to Glenn and Wilmagene Ward of Watts, OK. He graduated from Watts High School. Bryan was a well-known carpenter for many years and worked for the City of Siloam Springs in the electric department.
Bryan enjoyed being outdoors, including hunting and fishing. He also loved gathering with family and friends on wagon rides, team roping, or trail rides. He enjoyed deer camp with music around camp fires and Wednesday night front porch music sessions.
He was happiest when spending time with his family. Including his wife Vicki of the home, sons Bradley (wife Ashley) and Ray (wife Jessica) and his 5 grandkids, (Kaw-Liga Whaler, Cooper Ward, Cheyanne Ward, Wrangler Whaler, and Parker Ward) of Watts, OK. He was also excitedly awaiting the arrival of Dally Ward expected to be here in May.
Bryan was proceeded in death by his parents Glenn and Wilmagene Ward. He is survived by the family mentioned above as well as four brothers Phillip Ward (wife Johnnie) of Oaks, OK, Larry Ward (wife Belinda) of Watts, OK, Wayne Ward of Watts, OK and Jay Ward of Watts, OK. He is also survived by three sisters Glenna Stanley of Colcord, OK, Linda Dozier of Colcord, OK and Billie Jones (husband John) of Siloam Springs, AR as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Bryan was known for his huge heart, kind words of wisdom, and willingness to help anyone. He was blessed to be loved by so many.
Visitation will be held Tuesday February 4th 2025 from 6pm to 8pm at Roberts and Hart Funeral Home in Westville, OK. The funeral service will be held at the Ward Roping Pen Wednesday February 5th 2025 at 2pm. Officiating will by Mike Corbin and Doug Ward. Burial will be at Bell Cemetery immediately following the funeral.
We welcome everyone to come back to the roping pen to celebrate Bryan with us with music and dinner.
