Bryant Louis Lewsader, 25, of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013, in the emergency room of Paris Community Hospital. He was born October 6, 1987, in Paris, the son of Mark I. and Shawn L. (Bristow) Lewsader. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Mark and Susie Lewsader of Marshall, Illinois; his mother and stepfather, Shawn and Frank DeWeese of West Terre Haute, Indiana; his paternal grandparents, Dale Lewsader of Marshall, Illinois, and Virginia Overstreet of Paris; his maternal grandparents, Louis and Sandy Bristow of Chrisman, Illinois, Frances Bristow of Paris, and Tim and Rose DeWeese of Paris; a daughter, Maddilyn Maree Lewsader of Paris; two brothers, Andrew Lewsader of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Cody Strader of Charleston, Illinois; two stepsisters, Laura and Leann Humphrey both of Springfield, Illinois; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and special friend, Claudia Potter of Paris. Bryant especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Edgar County Humane Association or to the ECCF D.O. it Cancer Support Group. SERVICE INFORMATION Visitation was from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Templeton Funeral Home in Paris. Interment was private at a later date.
