Bryce Ballard Milne, beloved father, son, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on February 10, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the age of 49. H was born on June 6, 1976, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to L. Brent Milne and Diane Ballard Milne.

Bryce attended Skyline High School and later earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Utah Valley University.

He married Susan Davis on November 9, 2000, in the Salt Lake Temple; they later divorced. He and Susan had three wonderful children together: Oliver (18), Oskar (15), and Ruby (13). Bryce's greatest joy in life was being a father to his three children. He loved them and found happiness in sharing life's experiences with them.

Bryce had a love for the outdoors, especially the red rock deserts of Southern Utah, when he was with his children and friends. He loved camping, hiking, and mountaineering during most of the year, and skiing in the winter.

Music was an interest in Bryce's life. It was both a source of comfort and expression, and he shared his love of music with others. He also loved soccer, whether playing or watching.

Bryce had a gift for helping people. He showed up when others were struggling, offered support without hesitation, and gave generously of his time and energy. His willingness to serve made a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Bryce is survived by his former wife, Susan, and their children: Oliver Milne, Oskar Milne, and Ruby Milne. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews, and siblings: Sydney Milne, Wade Milne, and Ryan (Robyn) Milne. H was preceded in death by his sister, Shannan, and his grandparents.

Funeral services will be held as follows: a visitation from 9:30–10:45 a.m. and a funeral at 11:00 a.m. on February 21st at the Olympus 5th Ward Chapel at 3020 East Nila Way (4140 South), Holladay, Utah.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a mental health organization of your choice, such as NAMI or Huntsman Mental Health Institute.
