It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brynn Nicole Nielsen-Roberts, who left us on January 9, 2025, after a courageous and lifelong battle with diabetes. Born on January 20, 1984, in Reno, Nevada, Brynn Nicole Nielsen-Roberts made a lasting impact on all those who knew her.
Brynn Nicole graduated from Maxine L. Silva High School in 2002, where her passion for music first blossomed. She further pursued her love for singing at the University of Texas at El Paso, majoring in Vocal Performance. Her talent and determination shone brightly during her time there, and her love for music continued to inspire everyone around her.
Brynn Nicole is survived by her three children: Mark Andrew, Jasper Aharon, and Geralynn Geane. She leaves behind a loving family, including her parents, Taumie Celia (Gerald), Brian Douglas (Gina), Maria Estella “Stella”, and Amanda Marie. Brynn Nicole Nielsen-Roberts is also survived by her siblings: Celia Cheri (Derrick), Brice Douglas (Ginger), Darren Michael, John Paul Sr, Sarah Ann, and Danny. Her spirit touched the lives of her nieces and nephews—Reno, Jackson, Adison, Gideon, Thorin, John Jr.—as well as numerous other family members and countless friends.
Brynn Nicoles spirit will live on in the many lives she touched throughout her journey. A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West where friends and family will gather to share memories.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in Brynn Nicole s memory, as a tribute to her unwavering strength and resilience throughout her life.
Rest in peace, our dear sweet Brynn Nicole. You are loved and cherished beyond measure.
