Buay Duer Juk passed away unexpectedly on October 28, 2023, in Mankato, Minnesota. He was born on August 9, 1996, in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Duer Door Juk and Nyadhok Bichiok Lam. Buay was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend.

Buay was a bright individual who touched the lives of many. He graduated from Bryan High School with the Class of 2015. Buay's proudest accomplishment was his bond with his daughter Rain Nyadeng Juk. He cherished every moment spent with her and their time together brought immense joy to his life.

As an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Buay found solace and guidance within his faith. His commitment to his religious community provided him with strength and support throughout his life's journey.

Buay will be remembered for his kind heart and warm smile that could illuminate any room. He had a genuine love for spending time with loved ones and always made sure to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. His compassionate nature extended beyond his immediate family as he created lasting bonds with other relatives and friends.

Buay Duer Juk leaves behind his parents, Duer Door Juk and Nyadhok Bichiok Lam of Denison; his beloved daughter Rain Nyadeng Juk of Mankato, Minnesota; siblings Changkuoth Duer Door and his wife Marna Chotkuach of Vail, Gatluak Duer Door, Duop Duer Door, Duol Duer Door, Mat Duer Door, Nyadholi Duer Door, and Kuol Duer Door all of Omaha, Nebraska. He also leaves behind numerous cherished extended family members and friends who were an important part of his life.

Visitation and Viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023 with a Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Huebner Funeral Home in Denison. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Denison.
