Byron C Huse

Byron C. Huse of Haworth NJ, formerly of Teaneck, NJ, passed away on 9/14/25. He was 90 years old and a resident of Haworth for 56 years. Beloved husband of the late Arlene Huse and devoted father of Peter Huse and Jennifer Huse Scheps, and father-in-law of Lonnie Scheps. Dear son of the late Grosvenor and Hildegarde Huse, and brother of Ronald Huse. After a distinguished career as a CPA, he retired in 2000 and enjoyed many years of world travel with his wife, family, and friends. He was passionate about sports and classical music and enjoyed going to games and performances. He supported numerous charitable organizations throughout his life. Visitation will be held at Barrett Leber Funeral Home, Tenafly NJ on Sunday 9/21 from 5-7PM. A Celebration of Life service will take place on Monday, 10AM, at The Presbyterian Church of Teaneck, Teaneck, NJ. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society would be appreciated.
