Mr. C.J. (Carl) (Tomo) Tomaszewski

Mr. C. J. (Carl) Tomaszewski, aged 33, of Grand Rapids, joined his mother Mary Tomaszewski in Heaven March 29th. Surviving are William his father, brother and sister in law Andy (Jenny), sister Ellyn, nephews Shawn and Joshua.; many aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives. Also surviving are many lifelong friends who were like family to him. C.J. had a powerful sense of humor and a warm heart. He was generous and always willing to help whenever he was needed. He was an avid Notre Dame fan and some of his favorite times were Saturday trips to South Bend with his friends and nephews to see a game. He excelled in sports in high school and continued his passion for sports throughout his life. He was a loving and fun uncle to his nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd. Tues at 11PM. The family will receive visitors Mon. 2-4pm and 7-9pm, and also 10-11am at the funeral home. Memorials to Lake Michigan Credit Union for his nephews' scholarship fund will be appreciated.
