Caleb Murry Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Scott Funeral Home on Feb. 6, 2026.
Caleb Wesley Murry, passed away January 31, 2026. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 5, 1985.

Caleb was an avid sports enthusiast. In school, he played football, basketball, and ran track for Jeffersonville schools. He later took up golfing and became quite proficient at the sport. He loved snow-boarding, fishing and camping. Golfing was his favorite sport! He was completely Murry through and through. In his mind, he thought he was an accomplished musician, attempting to play the banjo, trombone, bugle, Viking horn, and drums. He was a huge jokester and loved a good time!

Caleb served in the United States Marine Corps from September of 2004 - September 2008. He served one tour to Iraq and one to Afghanistan.

He is preceded in death by his mother Billie Jean McBeth. His grandparents, Clyde and Helen Murry, and maternal grandparents, Billie and Wilber Brown.

He is survived by his two daughters, Camaya Grace, and Kyra Lynn, of Muncie, Indiana. His father, Wesley Murry, sister Arica Black (Tim), Victor Jones (Antoinette) and Arial

McBeth.
