Born in Dornsife on September 22, 2016 he was the son of Leah R. (Yoder) and Ervan J. Zook.
Caleb was of member of Old Order Amish Church. He was currently a 3rd grade student at Tri Level Parochial School.
Caleb was preceded in death by his sister Rebekah R. Zook.
Caleb is survived by; parents Leah R. and Ervan J Zook, Dornsife; brother Luke Zook; infant brother Adam Zook; grandparents Leon and Emma Zook, Dornsife; grandparents Amos and Katie Yoder, Ickesburg; aunts, uncles & cousins.
Funeral Services: 9 AM EST / 10 AM DST Thursday, October 2, 2025 from the late home with viewing there till the service. Interment: Zook's Cemetery, Dornsife.
