Calvin Douglas Stringer was born on November 1, 1975 to the late Joe Davis and Linda Sue Stringer.
He married the love of his life (Sonya Caldwell) and at his passing they had been together for 17 years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, raising dogs, gardening and watching Alabama football.
He was preceded in death by his Father; Joe Davis and Grandmother; Thelma Campbell.
He leaves cherished memories with his wife: Sonya Stringer; Children: Calvin Kwavion and Davonte Stringer, LaShondra, Sharmara and Nautica Elder; mother: Linda Stringer; sisters: Mary Wilson (Ricky), Stacy Edwards (Cedric), Sandra Hall (Earnest), Sylvia Dozier and Gail Sorey (Fred); brothers: Terry Stringer, Gary Davis (Valinda) and Russell Barkley; grandchildren: Cimarion and Christ Moore; special best friend: Leon Johnson; two aunts: Estell Campbell (Taft) and JoAnn Bostic; three uncles: Jimmie Earl Campbell, Clarence Campbell (Rachel) and Douglas Campbell (Dorothy); special aunt: Rachel Cameron; god-mother: Barbara Williams; four special brothers: Terry Lynn Wesley, Jimmy Lee Wesley, Leon Bostic and Blake Ginn; three special sisters: Anna Bostic, Towanda Wesley and Pam Carol; seven sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
