She is survived by her husband of 16 years, David Agate of Pembroke; her sons, Gavin Stevenson of Hopkinsville, and Jackson Agate of Pembroke; her daughters, Cady Hinton (Jacob) of Hopkinsville, Cassidy Coleman (Kendall) of Hopkinsville, Kenady Stevenson of Hopkinsville, and Ava Agate of Pembroke; her brother, Steven Futrell of Hopkinsville; and six grandchildren.
