Candice Blackmon

Candice Stone Blackmon, 51, of Charlotte passed from this world into Heaven on Monday, May 8, 2023. She was born on February 27th, 1972 in Charlotte, NC and continued to live in and around the Charlotte area her entire life.
Candice, who went by Candie, was the biggest animal lover with a kind soul and great sense of humor. She loved to watch her favorite weekly TV shows and enjoyed relaxing on Sundays watching Panther's football.
She is survived by her parents Ronald and Mickey Stone, biological mother, Kathy Crawford, biological sister, Kim Blue and daughter, Ashtyn Wilson.
Candie was a caring mother that never let a week pass by that she didn't express how proud she was of her daughter. Even if she didn't have much monetary value to provide, she would offer her love and support any day to those in need.
The last several years of her life she worked in the healthcare field and anyone that she came in contact with would tell you she was extremely helpful and always very kind to her coworkers and patients. Everyone that was lucky enough to meet Candie would describe her as someone that constantly tried to make people laugh and keep life fun, even in the tough situations. She will be dearly missed by many.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 PM in the chapel of Tribute & Tallent Funeral Service, 1937 N Sharon Amity Rd., Charlotte, NC, 28205.
