In Loving Memory of Candice Dee Daniel

Candice Dee Daniel, a devoted wife, loving mother, and steadfast friend, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the age of 75. Born in Altus, Oklahoma, on Monday, January 9, 1950. Candice’s life was a beautiful testament to love, kindness, and devotion.

Candice is preceded in death by her husband, Everett Wayne Daniel, Candice carried his memory close to her heart and cherished the life they built together. Her unwavering dedication to her family was the cornerstone of her life. She found great joy in nurturing those she loved, offering wisdom, warmth, and an endless supply of support.

Candice had a passion for antiquing, delighting in the stories that each treasure seemed to tell. Her love for her fur babies was unparalleled—she cared for them as though they were her own children, showering them with affection and tender care.

Those who knew Candice will remember her as a woman with a heart of gold, whose laughter could fill a room and whose presence brought comfort to all. She had a knack for making everyone feel at home, offering a kind word or a helping hand whenever it was needed.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her. Her memory will live on through the love she poured into the lives she touched.

Candice was a light in this world, and though she is no longer with us, her legacy of love and care will forever guide our hearts.

Visitation: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.  In honor of Candice, we are requesting that you wear her favorite color, purple, to the visitation.

Candice will be inurned with her husband, Everett Daniel at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.

Survivors: Daughter, Kristi Stephens and husband, David; son, Jeremy Daniel and wife, Jennifer; daughter, Melinda Daniel; daughter, Ranae Gosney and husband, Clarence; son, Nicholas Daniel; son, Ryan Daniel; grandchildren, Abigail Gosney, Shelby Downs and husband, Ricky, Hunter Stephens, Ashlynn Daniel, Keeli Hayes, Gunnar Gosney, Andrew Daniel, Phillip Gosney, Austin Daniel and Josephine Gosney; great grandchild, Ricky Downs; five sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
