Capt. Terrence Lee Hardy, US Air Force Ret., age 72 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Hardy Jr. and Eileen Hardy (Burke) and also his grandson, Baby Benjamin Hardy.

Terrence is survived by his loving children, Andy Hardy, Guy (Siri) Hardy, Sue (Frederic) Gallice, Benjamin (Dana) Hardy and Jonathan Hardy; 13 loving grandchildren; 4 loving great grandchildren; his loving siblings, Thomas (Georgia) Hardy, Timothy (Linda) Hardy, Patricia Starcevich, Maureen (Neal) DeDecker, Brian (Kathleen) Hardy, Margaret (Jeffrey) Butler, Dennis (Mary) Hardy and Matthew (April) Hardy; many loving nieces and nephews; many grand nieces and grand nephews; and his loving former spouse, Somboon Hardy.

He was born at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, IL, just outside of Chicago. He earned his bachelor’s degree and proudly served as a decorated Captain in the United States Air Force, dedicating over 20 years to his country, including service during Desert Storm. He enjoyed fishing and boating, had a passion for crossword puzzles, and was a devoted fan of the Chicago Bears and the Chicago White Sox. He was of the Catholic faith.

A prayer service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd., Biloxi, MS, with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm.
