Carl C. Cano, 43, passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2026. Born on June 19, 1982to Manuel and Lucy Cano.
Carl is preceded in death by grandparents Juan and Julia Aragon, Cosme and Maria Cano, brother Willie (Juno) Lucero, nephew Richard Zamora, aunts Geraldine (Nana) Romero, Vivian (Vivi) Armijo, Femie Montoya and uncles Higinio Romero, Benito (Chamba) Armijo, Larry Montoya, and Benny and Connie Aragon.
Carl is survived by parents Manuel and Lucy Cano, daughter Jerrielyn Cano, son Alejandro (Jando) Cano, grandchildren Elijah and Railyn Johnson, life long partner Elise Monarrez, sisters Prescilla Pino, Juanita Lucero, nephews Justin Zamora and Brandon Craddick, nieces Mikayla Craddick and Alisha Pino, and many great nieces and nephews.
Carl was known by many and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. Services will be held at San Miguel Church on January 31, 2026, at 10:30 am Rosay and Mass, burial to follow at the old San Miguel Cemetery.
