Mr. Carl Walter Higgins, 64, of Five Forks Rd. Bowman, GA passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.
Mr. Higgins was born November 23, 1958 in Elbert County, GA to Swain Higgins and Betty Williams Parker. He was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church and worked in construction.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: SSgt. Benjamin Penton Graham U.S. Army Ret. and Lori Graham; daughters and son-in-law: Jessica Lynn Grant, Ashley Marie Godbee and Derek Godbee; mother: Betty Williams Parker; siblings: Marcus Glenn Higgins, Danny Ray Higgins, Tracy Wayne Higgins; grandchildren: Alyssa Nevaeh Marrero, Keira Nicole Marrero, Jataivious Nickolas Grant, Aiden Broc Olson, Chloe Ciara Godbee, Brantley Dean Godbee and Leila Lynn Graham.
He was preceded in death by his father: Swain Higgins.
Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
